Division 11 Change of Watch

The Change of Watch is an annual event for Division 11 where the new staff officers for Division 11 are sworn into office. 

Larry Obrien is the new Division Commander

Jesse Scott is the new Vice Division Commander

Various awards are presented at this affair. 

There were numerous members of Division 11 who received the Gold Volunteers Service Award from the President of the United States.
